Leavitt shows off US Triumphal Arch, with plans to be released Thursday

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt unveiled plans for the 'United States Triumphal Arch,' a 250-foot monument in Washington, D.C., to commemorate the nation's 250th birthday. The project, part of the Freedom 250 agenda, will be submitted Thursday and located on Columbia Island's Memorial Circle.
