Leavitt says Interior will submit plans to begin construction of 250ft Trump arch

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt announced plans for President Trump’s 250-foot Triumphal Arch will be submitted to the Interior Department. The arch is intended to honor the U.S.’s 250th birthday later this year.
