Ford’s EV and software chief Doug Field is leaving the company

Doug Field, Ford's former EV and software chief, is leaving the company next month, with Alan Clarke taking over as vice president of advanced development projects. Ford recently announced a $19.5 billion writedown on its EV investment and discontinued several electric models, including the F-150 Lightning.
