Dairy Queen is deploying an AI chatbot in drive-thrus across the US and Canada to enhance service speed and order sizes. The technology, developed by AI company Presto, follows a successful test and is already used by chains like Carl's Jr. and Hardee's. A 2023 Bloomberg report revealed human workers in the Philippines may assist the AI system.
