Two boys dead after illegal immigrant from Mexico allegedly drove drunk and hit them on a sidewalk

An illegal immigrant from Mexico, Eri Otoniel Roblero Perez, is accused of killing two boys, Dereon James Robinson (12) and Mikhail-Lee Smith (9), while driving under the influence in South Carolina. He faces charges including felony DUI resulting in death and driving without a license, and the Department of Homeland Security has issued an immigration detainer against him.
