Former footballer Barry Cable cleared of historic child sex abuse charges

Former footballer Barry Cable, 82, was acquitted of historical child sexual abuse charges in Perth despite the judge finding the alleged victim was likely telling the truth. The charges related to allegations he abused a girl in the late 1960s when she was around eight or nine years old.
