Late-season storm to bring widespread light rain to Southern California

A late-season storm is expected to bring widespread light rain and cooler temperatures to Southern California on Tuesday, with the heaviest rainfall in San Luis Obispo County before weakening as it moves south into Ventura and Los Angeles Counties.
