DHS will run out of money for salaries in early May: Mullin

DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin warned that the Department of Homeland Security will be unable to pay employee salaries starting in early May due to a 66-day partial government shutdown. The funding lapse affects all 22 agencies under the department.
