Housing REIT National Healthcare’s US IPO Raises $462 Million

Janus Living Inc., a seniors-focused real estate investment trust, raised $840 million in its initial public offering by increasing the deal size and pricing shares at the top of the marketed range. The IPO was listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
