Florida prisoner laughs as judge sentences him to life for killing cellmate with pen: 'You are amusing'

Marcus Terry, a Florida prisoner already serving a life sentence, was convicted of second-degree murder for killing his cellmate, Ray Matos, with a pen in 2021. Judge Ellen Sue Venzer sentenced Terry to life in prison without parole after he laughed during the sentencing and dismissed his lawyer's motion for a new trial.
