EU formally approves 90bn euro Ukraine loan and new sanctions on Russia

The EU has formally approved a 90 billion euro loan for Ukraine and new sanctions against Russia. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy urged the first tranche of the loan to be disbursed by May or June.
