Hospital officials need help identifying female patient found in Torrance

Harbor-UCLA Medical Center officials are seeking public help to identify an unidentified female patient hospitalized since April 8. The woman was found near Carson Street and Normandie Avenue in Torrance and is believed to be unhoused, though she reported possible ties to Lake Milton, Ohio.
