Carbon Fire in Orange County 30% contained after growing to 200 acres

Firefighters contained the Carbon Fire in unincorporated Brea, Orange County, to 30% after it burned 200 acres. The blaze, which started near Carbon Canyon and Olinda Place on Saturday, was halted from spreading further overnight.
