Microsoft is testing a redesigned Windows 11 Run menu featuring a modern interface, dark mode support, and a new '~\' command for user directories. The update removes the low-usage 'Browse' button and utilizes code from the PowerToys Command Palette utility. The changes are rolling out to Windows 11 Insiders in the Experimental Channel.
