Dolce & Gabbana says co-founder Stefano Gabbana quit as chair at start of year

Stefano Gabbana, co-founder of Dolce & Gabbana, resigned as chair effective 1 January 2024 as part of organizational restructuring. The fashion house noted his 40% stake is under consideration amid negotiations with bank lenders.
