Do you take after your dad’s RNA?

Research by Xin Yin found that mice born to fathers who exercised before conception showed increased athletic ability, running farther with less lactic acid buildup than average laboratory mice. The findings suggest that exercise may benefit not just the individual, but also their unborn children. This discovery was made at Nanjing University in Jiangsu, China.
