Realtor's cold case murder suspect accused of fleeing scene, skipping 911 call in new witness account: report

Kristin Ramsey, 53, is charged with first-degree murder in the 2011 death of real estate agent Ashley Okland. New witness accounts allege Ramsey fled the scene, called a colleague instead of 911, and left in an erratic manner.
