Starbucks plastic cups are not recycled despite being labeled as 'widely recyclable', a report by Beyond Plastics found. The organization used GPS trackers to monitor the cups and none ended up at a recycling facility. Starbucks had announced earlier this year that their plastic cups were now considered 'widely recyclable'.
