Up to 66% of subdivided flat tenants supported by an NGO in Hong Kong show signs of anxiety or depression, according to a report by Kwun Tong Methodist Social Service. The study of 158 families revealed average incomes of HK$15,350 and highlights the need for stronger counselling and social support services.
