‘No ParknShop sale’: Li Ka-shing’s CK Hutchison rules out supermarket merger with Wellcome

CK Hutchison Holdings, controlled by billionaire Li Ka-shing, has officially ruled out selling its ParknShop supermarket chain to competitor Wellcome. Group co-managing director Dominic Lai stated there are no plans for such a merger at the company's annual general meeting.
