7th and 8th judges rebuff Justice Dept.'s attempts to get voter rolls from states

Two federal judges have rejected the Justice Department's attempts to obtain complete voter registration lists from states. The DOJ has sued 30 states and Washington, D.C. in an effort to access these voter rolls.
