Teens suspected of murdering congressional intern linked by DNA on shell casings, prosecutors say

Two teenagers, Jailen Lucas and Kelvin Thomas, are linked to the murder of congressional intern Eric Tarpinian-Jachym via DNA evidence on shell casings. A third suspect, Naqwan Antonio Lucas, was arrested later and charged in the case, with trial scheduled for February.
