California 'casino conman' accused of stealing more than $500,000 in cannabis scheme
A California man was arrested for allegedly stealing more than $500,000 from victims through a cannabis investment scam between December 2017 and March 2026. Keinyatey Deboros Chambers, 49, of Sacramento, is accused of lying to victims about his involvement in legitimate cannabis ventures to secure their investments.
