Heart-stopping moment cops rescue sobbing kid dangling dangerously from freeway overpass

On May 6, Sacramento Police officers rescued a child who was dangling dangerously from a freeway overpass near Northgate Blvd and Interstate 80. The child was sobbing and in imminent danger before being safely retrieved.
