House Dem who repeatedly tried to impeach Trump toppled in heated Texas race

Rep. Al Green, a vocal Trump critic and House Democrat, lost a Democratic runoff to Rep. Christian Menefee in Texas' 18th Congressional District due to redistricting. Menefee, a former lawyer, will face Republican Ronald Whitfield in the November general election in a heavily Democratic district.
