Hong Kong braces for Friday scorcher as mercury climbs to 33.7 degrees
Hong Kong recorded its hottest day of the year at 33.7°C on Wednesday, with the Hong Kong Observatory warning of potential 37°C temperatures on Friday. The high temperature was measured at the Observatory’s Tsim Sha Tsui headquarters.
