Former New York Times columnist named ’60 Minutes’ chief
Nick Bilton, a former New York Times technology columnist, has been appointed to lead the CBS News primetime broadcast '60 Minutes,' replacing executive producer Tanya Simon. Bari Weiss, editor in chief of CBS News, described Bilton as an entrepreneurial journalist suited for the role.
