Man jailed for 40 years to life for killing 4 sleeping on New York’s Chinatown streets
Randy Santos was sentenced to 40 years to life for killing four men in New York City’s Chinatown by bludgeoning them with a metal bar while they slept. The victims, Chuen Kok, Florencio Moran, Nazario Vasquez Villegas, and Anthony Manson, had no family members present at the trial to speak on their behalf.
