Chinese-owned toy companies PopMart and TopToy are expanding into New York City's Times Square with new stores. PopMart, maker of Labubu dolls, will open a 7,000-square-foot store at 1540 Broadway, while TopToy will occupy a 2,000-square-foot space at 1515 Broadway.
