A nurse stole fentanyl and AI missed it, state records say
A nurse stole fentanyl over several months in Tennessee in 2025, and the AI-powered drug diversion software Sentri7 failed to detect the thefts, according to state records. Sentri7 is used at hundreds of U.S. hospitals.
