The FBI’s Child Abduction Rapid Deployment Teams

The FBI established the Child Abduction Rapid Deployment (CARD) Team program in 2005 to respond immediately to cases involving child abductions by strangers. The program is designed to mobilize resources and expertise at a moment's notice when such incidents occur.
