Fewer in US, Canada say it’s a good time to find a job: Gallup

Fewer people in the U.S. and Canada found it a good time to job search in 2025 compared to 2024, according to Gallup's State of the Global Workplace report. The report indicates a decline in optimism about the job market in both countries.
