Obama and Mamdani read and sing with New York preschoolers in first meeting

Barack Obama and New York City Council member Zohran Mamdani met for the first time at a Bronx childcare center, where Obama read to preschoolers and led a sing-along. Mamdani, a democratic socialist, is also seeking to build a relationship with former Republican president Donald Trump.
