Kaine: Strait of Hormuz should be ‘open to all’

Virginia Sen. Tim Kaine (D) stated the Strait of Hormuz must be reopened for all shipping traffic after Iran announced its closure in response to the U.S. blockade. He emphasized the waterway should be 'open to all' if it is to remain open.
