Now Meta will track what employees do on their computers to train its AI agents

Meta is using a tool called Model Capability Initiative (MCI) to track US-based employees' computer activity, including mouse movements, clicks, and screenshots, to train AI models for automating work tasks. The data collected will not be used for performance assessments.
