Three's a party: US, China, and now Russia are on the prowl in GEO

The US, China, and Russia are operating satellites in geosynchronous orbit to gather information on other spacecraft. The US has been operating 'inspector' satellites for over a decade, while China started launching its own in 2018. Russia has recently joined with its own suspected inspector satellite.
