Barney Frank, first openly gay member of Congress and Wall Street reformer, dies at 86

Barney Frank, the first openly gay member of Congress, has died at age 86. He was known for the Dodd-Frank Act and is survived by his husband Jim Ready. Frank had entered hospice care at his home in Maine in April.
