Russia Postpones Planned Surcharges on Mobile VPN Traffic Until Later This Year, Reports Say

Russia's Digital Development Ministry has postponed planned surcharges on mobile VPN traffic to later in the year, according to reports. The ministry had previously announced in March its intention to crack down on VPN usage in the country.
