Ukraine to Use Air Raid Alerts for National Minute of Silence

Ukraine's government will use public air raid alert systems to announce the daily national minute of silence at 9 a.m. Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko announced that these systems will also be utilized during the annual 'Light a Candle' campaign honoring victims of the 1932-33 Holodomor famine.
