Repeat drunken-driving offender accused of killing honors college student heading home from wedding

Dennis Lee Olson, a repeat drunken-driving offender, is accused of killing 21-year-old honors college student Lauryn Akey in a wrong-way crash on Florida's I-75. Olson, with a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit, caused the collision that also injured three others. Akey, who had texted her family minutes before the crash, was en route home from a wedding and set to begin her senior year at the University of South Florida.
