New poll shows California governor race down to 3 frontrunners

The California governor race has three frontrunners competing for two November runoff spots, according to the final Emerson College/Inside California Politics poll. Former Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra leads the field with 28% support among likely voters.
