Some Facebook users who cashed their initial settlement checks may receive a second payment, approved by the Court to redistribute uncashed funds. The second checks begin distribution in June, following a 2025 lawsuit settlement with Meta Platforms Inc. over data privacy allegations, which Meta denies violating any law.
