Mexican national faces fraud, misuse of visa charges

A Mexican national in El Paso, Texas, has been charged with fraud and misuse of visas after allegedly presenting an ID with another person's information while crossing into the United States. The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Texas announced the charges.
