WHO chief visits Ebola-hit Uganda after virus spreads from DRC
The World Health Organization (WHO) director-general visited Uganda, where an Ebola outbreak has killed two people after spreading from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The WHO declared an international health emergency for the outbreak, which began on May 15 in northeastern DRC, with 515 confirmed infections and 91 deaths reported.
