McDonald’s cashes in again as Hong Kong property sell-down continues
McDonald’s has sold another Hong Kong retail property as part of its ongoing strategy to liquidate real estate assets. The sale involved Shop 1 at Parkvale Place in Quarry Bay for HK$110 million, with MCD Real Properties transferring the property to Uni Investment.
