Pasadena Workshop Tonight Walks Tenants and Landlords Through Rent Stabilization Basics
The City of Pasadena’s Rent Stabilization Department will host a free workshop tonight at 6 p.m. to explain the Rent Stabilization Ordinance and its protections for renters and landlords under Charter Article XVI. The event, held at the Los Robles Building and simulcast on Zoom, occurs during a rent-increase cycle with a 2.25% annual cap on covered units through Sept. 30.
