Georgia Democrat renews push for federal red flag law
Rep. Lucy McBath renewed efforts to pass the Federal Extreme Risk Protection Order (FERPO) Act to expand red flag laws. She highlighted the legislation as a life-saving measure during a Capitol Hill press conference. McBath's son, Jordan Davis, was fatally shot at a Florida gas station.
