Singapore charges construction firm, boss over Tanjong Katong sinkhole lapses
Ohin Construction, its managing director Ivan Ong Khiaw Yang, and six others were charged over alleged lapses linked to a 2023 sinkhole in Singapore's Tanjong Katong neighborhood. The charges include violations of the Building Control Act and Workplace Safety and Health regulations.
