U.S. blocks deal by Florida company to supply fuel to Cuba
The Trump administration has put on hold a deal by Florida energy trading company Vanguard Energy to send one of the largest fuel cargoes from the U.S. to Cuba in decades. The deal would have allowed Vanguard Energy to supply fuel to Cuban authorities.
