AAP leader shot dead in Punjab, Opposition tears into State govt. over poor law and order

An AAP leader, Satwinderpal Singh alias Lucky Oberoi, was shot dead in Punjab by unidentified scooter-borne assailants outside a gurudwara in Model Town. The attackers fired 8-9 rounds at him from an SUV he was sitting in, prompting the Opposition to criticize the state government over poor law and order.
